This report is one of a series, The Exploded Lunch, made by Dominic Smith in 2022 for Star and Shadow radio and repeated on Radio On Berlin.  

Dominic and I had been talking about dreams; how they infiltrate our waking lives, how we think about, share and value them, as well as how I collect and investigate them as part of my practice, and he asked me to participate in his project by ‘donating’ dreams. Talking my dreams into Dominic's dictaphone at 3am in my bathroom was a weirdly intimate and enriching experience. It changed my thinking on how I record, remember and re-remember the dreams and opened up ways of thinking about how to communicate (with) them.
